About Us SouthEastern Illinois Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SEIEC) is a member-owned, not-for-profit, electric distribution Cooperative headquartered in Carrier Mills, Illinois. SEIEC provides service to 10 counties in southeastern Illinois serving over 24,000 accounts.

POSITION

SouthEastern Illinois Electric Cooperative (SEIEC), located at 100 Cooperative Way, Carrier Mills, IL, is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Customer Service Representative (CSR) position. The Customer Service Representative's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, taking payments, creating service orders and responding promptly and accurately to member inquires.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Minimum qualification is an Associate's Degree
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
• Must possess a valid driver's license

Conditional SALARY:
