Cary, Illinois Coilcraft, Inc. is a privately held global manufacturer headquartered in Cary, Illinois, with a 75+ year reputation for engineering excellence. Our high-performance magnetic components serve customers across telecommunications, computing, automotive, broadband communications, and consumer electronics. We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to support our Critical Products group. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring orders, quotes, and returns are processed accurately while delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
