Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Pay:
From $18/hour +
Bonus/Commission Schedule:
10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, with rotating weekends Join a Top Workplace in Illinois! We're growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
What You'll Do:
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service needs Schedule appointments and provide service information Build rapport and deliver excellent customer service Make outbound calls for scheduling and maintenance Promote services and memberships Update customer information and notes in the system
What We're Looking For:
Customer service, call center, or retail experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable with computers and typing Detail-oriented and dependable
