Answers phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handles incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Monitors client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Documents and maintains client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software. Escalates complex matters to senior staff. Minimum of 1 year related experience required. What We're Looking For 1+ years of customer service, plus veterinary experience Strong professional skills and attention to detail Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented mindset Passion for patient care and continued growth
