At Terminix Services, Inc., we focus on supporting people and communities as much as pest control. A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Specialist As a Customer Care Specialist, your day begins with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth office operations. You'll interact with our valued customers daily, handling inbound calls that often involve topics like pricing, billing, scheduling, and selling services. Customer retention is a key element of your role, so ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating long-term relationships will be a central focus.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing a medium to high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Helping ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues and questions related to service, billing, or other matters. Build and nurture customer relationships to retain and attract new business. Exceeding customer expectations by identifying and offering solutions to their pest control needs. Documenting customer information and call history accurately for future reference. Processing orders for new services requested by customers. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Terminix products and services, including marketing promotions and special offers. Enhancing brand loyalty and recognition. Managing accounts with a focus on customer service to prevent account closures. Preparing correspondence and coordinating with other departments as necessary to resolve issues. Efficiently managing appointment scheduling to ensure smooth service delivery for our customers. Qualifications Prior experience in a call center or customer service role. Demonstrated sales ability with a knack for upselling services. Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss services knowledgeably and confidently with customers.
