Full-Time Key Responsibilities Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
Greet and assist walk-in patients on the retail floor by actively listening to their needs, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring a positive and helpful experience. Maintain a
Welcoming and Organized Retail Environment:
Ensure the showroom floor is well-maintained, clean, and organized to promote an inviting atmosphere and create a positive first impression for patients. Collaborate with
Patient Care Team:
Work closely with the Patient Care Technician (PCT) team to manage incoming calls, taking thorough and accurate notes to ensure patient requests and inquiries are properly addressed and followed up.
Accurate Data Entry:
Input customer demographic information into the Brightree system for new walk-in patients, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately and promptly to facilitate smooth patient registration and service.
Team Support:
Perform additional tasks as assigned, supporting the overall efficiency of the team and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
