Location:
Des Plaines, IL Pay:
$22.00•$24.00 / hour
Hours:
Monday•Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00

We are seeking articulate, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Des Plaines, IL. The ideal candidate has direct experience in a manufacturing environment and proven stability in their work history. You will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, processing orders, and navigating the ERP system (Epicor/Vantage).
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Order & Account Management:
Process orders, coordinate client requirements, and update account details with high accuracy.
ERP & Data Entry:
Efficiently navigate Epicor/Vantage to input data, track orders, and resolve account issues.
Proactive Follow-Up:
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, and share product updates.
Problem Resolution:
Utilize active listening and critical thinking to troubleshoot client concerns effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Industry Experience:
Background in manufacturing customer service or a industrial call center (preferred).
Technical Aptitude:
Tech-savvy with strong data entry skills; hands-on experience with ERP systems (Epicor/Vantage) or CRM software is a major plus.
Work History:
Demonstrated longevity and reliability with past employers.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
