What You'll Do Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy Schedule service appointments with our technicians efficiently and accurately Gather information to understand and address customer needs Provide first-call resolution whenever possible Accurately document service requests, outcomes, and customer notes in our CRM system Support our team with additional administrative and scheduling tasks as needed Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously grow your skills What We're Looking For 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center or dispatch preferred) Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Attention to detail and organizational skills Comfort working with computers, scheduling systems, and headsets Team-first attitude — you care about people and it shows in every interaction Pay & Benefits Weekly Paychecks Health, Dental, Vision Employee Wellness Program Up to 1 weeks PTO annually Retirement plan Company culture that feels like family - we care about our team and do more than just work together.
