Job Description

The Clerical Associate performs a variety of administrative and recordkeeping duties using established departmental procedures. This role requires familiarity with office practices, company policies, and departmental functions. This position is also responsible for supporting product safety, quality, and legal compliance. Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, classify, and route incoming mail Serve as backup support for the receptionist Review, organize, alphabetize, and file documents and materials Conduct basic research to locate or verify records and information Update departmental records and prepare routine reports Perform tabulations and basic mathematical calculations Research records related to taxes, titles, judgments, licenses, permits, and other documentation Receive payments and issue receipts for licenses, permits, certificates, bonds, and services Prepare and issue licenses, permits, certificates, titles, and other legal documents according to departmental guidelines Index and maintain records using established filing systems Calculate, prepare, and mail invoices for documents or services Operate computers, calculators, copiers, and other standard office equipment Perform additional duties as assigned Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent work experience Up to two years of clerical or administrative experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred This position includes the opportunity to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life, and Short-Term Disability benefits, as well as a Retirement Plan.
