In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our continued success. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and chat. Provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to customer needs and concerns. Offer prompt and accurate solutions in accordance with established company policies. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge by accurately describing features and benefits. Prioritize and manage a high volume of inquiries while demonstrating a positive and professional demeanor. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and build trust through exceptional service. Maintain a dependable attendance record and adhere to established work schedules.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity. Ability to type at least 30 words per minute. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Preferred) Experience with Zendesk customer service software. (Highly Preferred) Open Availability (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM) (Highly Preferred)
