Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized billing representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in medical billing, and maintaining effective communication with patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless billing operations and address any issues that arise. Experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required. General knowledge of basic manual and computerized billing systems is highly desirable.
