Salary Range:

Active Illinois Life and Health insurance license. Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting is preferred. Strong command of office software and digital record-keeping systems. Clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills. High attention to detail when managing policy documentation. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, helping them understand their coverage options clearly. Process policy changes, updates, and payments with precision and care. Listen intently to client concerns and resolve their questions with a helpful, positive attitude. Identify potential gaps in coverage to ensure our clients and their families are fully protected. Maintain accurate client records and documentation within our agency management system. Collaborate with the agency owner to reach service goals while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
