Job Description

Part-Time Customer Service Attendant Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Customer Service Attendant is responsible for a variety of tasks in relation to interacting with all dining services guests while guiding them through the payment process.
Schedule:
Sunday & Monday OFFTuesday & Wednesday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pmThursday & Friday 10:45 am to 2:45 pmSaturday 7:15 am- 11:15 am
Required Qualifications:
Possess basic math and reading skillsHave a customer service mentality and be able to effectively interact with students and guests Ability to operate CBORD Epic card readersAbility to function in a high stress environment Ability to follow instructionsAbility to lift 30 poundsAbility to continuously stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift
Additional Responsibilities:
Utilize proper sanitation and safety practicesFollow job site, local, state, and federal health, and safety mandated requirements Interact with all guests and guide them through the payment processProcess transactions using CBORD and credit and debit card transactions Maintain a clean work areaAssist with the sanitation of the guest welcome area and dining room during down time Assist with monitoring the levels of utensil and napkin dispensers and refill if necessary Direct students to dining resources as requestedPossess an acute knowledge of the menus available during each of your shifts Work catering as deemed necessary for operational needsOther front of house service attendant tasks may be assigned based on bus
Summary Pay Range:
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Please note that pay is only one component of total compensation.
