Job Description
The Branch Administration Assistant supports branch operations by processing administrative paperwork accurately and efficiently and serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries via the Company's phone line.
Essential Functions Process (data entry) branch paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Meet weekly processing goals. Answer the Customer Service phone line in a professional manner (average 40 calls per day).
Route and distribute incoming customer phone calls accurately.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain direct contact with field personnel from branch locations.
Develop knowledge of a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
Perform general office duties. Education & Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Team player who is friendly, personable, and enthusiastic
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills

Reliable
Good numerical aptitude
Above-average computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of business or customer service experience preferred. Work Environment
Primarily indoor office environment; noise level is generally quiet. May require sitting for long periods. Regularly requires talking, hearing, seeing, and often reaching with hands. Regularly requires standing and walking. Regularly requires use of a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 an hour and includes benefits such as the following: Health, Dental and Vision insurance
