We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the Rental & Deliveries team of a leading medical device company in Hoffman Estates. This role is responsible for supporting healthcare customers by managing rental equipment orders, deliveries, pickups, and service requests while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and can accurately manage data while handling a high volume of phone calls.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls related to rental equipment starts, stops, deliveries, pickups, and service requests Enter, update, and maintain rental order information accurately within SAP and other company systems Respond to customer inquiries regarding rental equipment, service needs, delivery status, and account information Troubleshoot basic product and system issues using established scripts, procedures, and training materials Manage customer phone calls and emails while documenting information in real time Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely equipment deliveries, pickups, and service fulfillment Monitor and process rental requests while maintaining service-level expectations Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, rental transactions, and service activities Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-volume call center environment supporting healthcare facilities Provide professional and empathetic support to customers, including nurses and healthcare professionals, while resolving concerns and inquiries

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Previous customer service experience in an office, customer support, or call center environment Experience handling high-volume inbound phone calls Strong data entry, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively while entering information accurately and efficiently Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus Prior experience supporting healthcare customers is preferred Available shifts: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
