Muller's Woodfield Acura is looking for an experienced, professional Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. We are an established, high-volume Acura dealership with a strong reputation, loyal customer base, and a service department focused on doing business the right way. We are looking for someone who understands that a great Service Advisor is more than an order taker—you are the primary relationship between the customer and our service department. What You'll Do Greet customers and accurately identify their service and repair needs Write and manage repair orders from check-in through delivery Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs Review technician inspections and communicate recommendations to customers Maintain consistent communication regarding repair status, pricing, and completion times Obtain customer authorization for recommended work Work closely with technicians, dispatch, parts, and management to keep repairs moving efficiently Follow up with customers and maintain strong long-term relationships Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership and manufacturer processes Help deliver an exceptional Acura ownership experience What We're Looking For Previous automotive Service Advisor experience strongly preferred Acura or other luxury/import dealership experience is a plus Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to professionally present and sell necessary maintenance and repair work Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Organized and able to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously Strong follow-through and attention to detail Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Familiarity with dealership DMS and digital MPI systems is preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation with strong earning potential Established customer base and consistent service traffic Experienced technicians and management support Modern dealership environment Manufacturer and dealership training Medical and other available employee benefits Paid time off Employee vehicle purchase and service benefits Opportunities for long-term career growth Why Muller's Woodfield Acura?
