Customer Service Rep - Jacksonville, IL

at Lincare, Inc in Jacksonville, Illinois, United States Job Description Offering $15 to $20 per hour This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
