Compensation $19 per hour Performance-based bonuses Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Rotating Saturday schedule (half day) Location Lake Barrington, IL Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with company match (after 1 year) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Company apparel Training programs Open-door policy Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective customers Make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling) Manage inbound and outbound email communication Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain organized records of customer interactions

This role does not include shipping or receiving duties. Requirements 1-2+ years of customer service experience Bilingual is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) Reliable transportation Water treatment or purification experience is a plus (not required) Organized, dependable, and coachable Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
