Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Establish relationship with customers by communicating and resolving issues Responsible for order entry and maintenance of assigned accounts Review plant delivery schedules versus requested dates and resolve any conflicts. Tracks and communicates any changes to the customer Act as a liaison between our customers, Sales Executives, & manufacturing facilities Strengthen and further develop relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities and increase sales revenue Demonstrate high level of product and service knowledge, problem solving skills and proactive support

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales/Customer Service or Sales/Administrative role.
• Proven customer support experience in a contract manufacturing environment is a must.
• Exhibits problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, actively listens. Strong technical skills, including experience with account and order management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Organized, detail-orientated and thorough
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

EDUCATION

Associates degree or higher
