Full-Time Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Client Care Coordinator who can manage the full client lifecycle, from initial outreach to closing deals and maintaining relationships. This role requires someone confident in calling leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining long-term relationships , while also being open to field visits, 90-day check-ins, and marketing outreach .
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with incoming and outbound leads Qualify prospects and close new client contracts Build strong relationships with clients and referral sources Conduct in-person visits when required (including 90-day client check-ins) Drop off brochures and represent the company in the field Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or client acquisition Strong closing skills, ability to convert leads into signed clients Excellent communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with both phone-based sales and face-to-face interactions Willingness to travel locally for client visits and marketing efforts Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Home Care Experience working with U.S.-based clients or healthcare systems Background in field sales or business development
