Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. This role is responsible for accurate order processing, effective coordination with cross-functional teams, and providing responsive support to customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound phone calls and monitor the shared sales inbox to ensure timely responses.
  • Support preparation of customer quotations, with flexibility to take primary ownership during peak seasons or when rapid turnaround is required.
  • Process sales orders accurately from initial entry through final completion.
  • Handle all Web Orders and Software Orders with attention to detail and proper documentation.
  • Provide customers with order confirmations, shipment updates, and tracking information.
  • Manage Return Authorizations (RAs) and warranty-related complaints to ensure smooth resolution.
  • Assist with basic, non-specialist technical inquiries, including general "how‑to" support.
  • Coordinate closely with accounting, operations, and shipping to keep orders moving efficiently. Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field, preferred
  • 1-3 Years working in a sales support function, customer service, order entry or administrative coordination Knowledge & Skills
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Proficiency with Excel or other data tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple orders at once

Pay:
$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
