Job Description

The Ottawa Dental Laboratory, founded in 1937, is a family owned and operated business located in Ottawa, IL, and is seeking candidates for the position of Full-Time Customer Relations Representative at our Ottawa, IL location.
Primary Responsibilities:
Represent the dental lab as a liaison between the customer and production team Interact with customers via telephone; inbound & outbound Facilitate customer interaction tracking via CRM Assist production management with workflow pertaining to customer needs (i.e.: due dates, outstanding technical items relevant to cases, on-hold case status, work capacity, etc.) Participate in case planning activities as needed Contribute to synergies amongst the ODL production team, sales & marketing team, shipping & receiving team, and customers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
A strong background and experience in customer service Strong communication skills; proactive, timely, effective (both written and oral) Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel, Power Point and other supporting software tools Willingness and eagerness to learn Positive team player & attitude
Schedule:
Monday through Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm We will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
