$16.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Assist customers by phone, email, and/or in person Answer questions and resolve customer concerns professionally Process orders, payments, returns, or account requests Provide accurate information about products and services Maintain a positive and professional customer experience Document customer interactions and follow up when needed

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and professional attitude Strong problem-solving skills Reliable and dependable Basic computer skills Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
