Work Schedule:

Shift 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM CST; Saturday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM CST. Thursday and Sunday are off. Shift 2: Tuesday and Friday 8am-530pm T-F and 8am-2pm Sat.

About The Company:

Our client is a growing logistics organization seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its customer experience team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a potential long-term opportunity. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and business partners, assisting with delivery and pickup scheduling, shipment updates, order inquiries, and issue resolution. This is a high-volume, phone-focused position that requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls. Assist customers with delivery and pickup scheduling. Provide shipment updates, tracking information, and estimated delivery times. Respond to customer questions through phone, email, and other communication channels. Research and resolve shipment-related issues and customer concerns. Work with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve problems. Assist with customer orders and payment-related communications. Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently. Update customer and shipment information as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications:

1+ year of high-volume customer service experience required. Call center, banking, insurance, collections, fraud, or similar experience is highly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident communicating with customers and handling difficult conversations. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
