ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB
Your regular schedule will vary between the days and hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon . This part-time role offers 20-24 hours per week to support the team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will begin your day greeting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring each person feels valued. Throughout the day, you will accept and process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, issue money orders and cashier's checks, and handle your cash drawer with precision and care. You will assist customers with digital banking and debit card inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and keep your work area organized and efficient. You will also support the bank's operations by handling ATMs, managing stop payment orders, and participating in vault dual control. Every interaction will reflect our commitment to service excellence, and you will play a key role in helping customers understand our banking products and services while supporting the bank's growth and connection to the community. Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year(s) of cash handling experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle people with tact, poise, and courtesy Integrity and respect for confidentiality Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Commitment to service excellence Customer-facing experience (preferred)
