This is your opportunity to become a part of our growing company and dedicated Sales/Customer Service Team. Position Overview The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact with customers and plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for providing responsive customer support, coordinating sales orders from entry through shipment, maintaining accurate customer records, and developing customer relationships to support sales growth. Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, transactions, and resolutions. Build with new and existing customers. Make outbound calls to promote AAE products, reconnect with previous customers, and identify sales opportunities. Work with internal departments to communicate and resolve customer needs. Crosstrain and assist with other duties assigned. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while providing professional service. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Sales experience and the ability to recognize new opportunities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to remain flexible, professional, and effective in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience Requirements Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Sales or inside sales experience preferred. Working Conditions Primarily an office-based position requiring extensive computer use. Must be comfortable working in and around a manufacturing environment.
