Roselle, IL Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30
PM Pay:
$60,000 annually + based on experience
Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time The Ace Consulting Group is partnering with an established manufacturing organization in the printing and packaging industry to hire a Customer Service Representative . This is not a traditional call-center customer service position. We are looking for someone who understands the pace and coordination required in a printing, packaging, prepress, or manufacturing environment and can successfully manage customer orders from initial entry through production and delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable serving as the primary point of contact between customers and internal production teams. What You'll Do as a
Customer Service Representative:
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts Receive, review, and accurately process customer orders Coordinate orders with scheduling, graphics, production, shipping, and sales Track production schedules and proactively communicate order status, changes, or potential delays Review job specifications, artwork requirements, and customer instructions for accuracy Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and production information Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and requests Troubleshoot order issues and collaborate with internal departments to find solutions Manage multiple active projects while meeting demanding production deadlines Build strong customer relationships through dependable communication and follow-through What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in customer service, production coordination, project management, inside sales support, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Experience within one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: Flexographic printing Corrugated packaging Commercial printing Folding carton manufacturing Label printing Packaging prepress Digital print production Manufacturing customer service Production scheduling or planning Additional Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving and follow-through Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Comfortable working in a deadline-driven production environment Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience with ERP, MIS, or print-management software is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity? $60,000 annual salary (or more depending on experience) Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Stable, established manufacturing environment Opportunity to expand your knowledge of flexographic printing and packaging Collaborative role with exposure to customers, production, graphics, scheduling, shipping, and sales Apply Today Submit your resume to The Ace Consulting Group for consideration.
