Posted 8/19/2026 Warranty Service Clerk #4556 Apply Now Location Sauget, IL Department Service Type Regular Share Share Job Description The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for a Warranty Service Clerk to join our growing organization. This position is responsible for working collaboratively with the Diesel Service Technicians on warranty guidelines and processing.

Career Development Responsibilities:
Work closely with Diesel Service technicians and Central Warranty teams on all filings for the store. Review claims in warranty dashbord for location, if outside OE warranty guidelines. Resubmit denied or partial paid claims, partnering with central warranty Responsible for communicating with Service manager, and Central Warranty Team when/if any warranty concerns arise, or before they arise, relating to any warranty claim and/or dealer. Performs all other duties assigned and complies with all TLG established policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a service center or warranty position. Basic working knowledge of a medium and/or heavy-duty truck dealership is preferred. Demonstrates basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and other internet-based programs.
