Job Description

At Silver Creek Animal Hospital, our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while building lasting relationships with the pets and families we serve. We are seeking a compassionate, organized and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and help carry that mission forward every day.
Qualifications:
3 years veterinary experience High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Successfully pass a background check Responsibilities include: Greet clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming attitude Check in pets, weigh dog patients and escort clients and their pets into exam rooms Answer phone calls or emails regarding services, procedures and pet care Schedule appointments Maintain accurate medical records and client information Communicate clearly with veterinarians and support staff Assist with administrative duties and cleaning as needed Triage client concerns Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism Provide information to clients about pet care, medications, and follow-up treatments. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Job Type:
Full Time preferred but willing to consider part time
Pay:
$15-$19 per hour
