Job Summary :
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Golf Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling pro shop items, collecting fees, and registering golfers.

None Essential Duties/Responsibilities :
Actively support the agency's risk management protocol that will effectively control and reduce accidents Promptly report all unsafe actions, practices, or conditions to the immediate supervisor Obey the practical safety rules, regulations, and procedures established by the Safety Committee, and attend and participate in required safety training. Perform other related duties as assigned, based on agency needs Answer telephone, record incoming calls, and take starting time reservations Register players and assign them their tee time, making sure all golfers check-in Collect all money for green fees, programs, rental, and pro shop sales. Issue receipts for all transactions Maintain general order and cleanliness in the pro shop Maintain daily records and reports Remain courteous with patrons at all times Perform all job tasks within the rules and guidelines of the Park District safety program Convey information about the Wilmette Golf Course programs to the public Develop positive relationships with participants and patrons Attend staff meetings as scheduled Work collaboratively with other staff as needed Actively contribute to the Park District's sustainability goals
