OsteoStrong Wilmette is looking for an outgoing, dependable Wellness Coach and Membership Sales Associate who is passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed.

YOUR MISSION

You will guide members through their weekly OsteoStrong sessions, provide a welcoming and encouraging experience, and help prospective members understand how OsteoStrong may support their wellness goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Coach members through OsteoStrong's proprietary strength-development system Safely operate and explain OsteoStrong equipment and recovery technologies Welcome members and create a positive, personalized experience Conduct center tours and introductory wellness consultations Educate prospective members about available memberships and services Enroll new members and support membership retention Track member visits, progress, goals, and follow-up needs Celebrate member results and encourage continued participation Generate referrals and support local community outreach Maintain a clean, organized, and professional center Occasionally assist at our Schaumburg location when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required At least one year of experience in coaching, fitness, wellness, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred Personal training, nutrition, kinesiology, health coaching, or membership-sales experience is a plus

HOURS AND SCHEDULE

Part-time position Approximately 16-20 hours per week Approximately 35 hours per two-week pay period Shifts scheduled Tuesday through Saturday Some evening and Saturday availability may be required Primary location: OsteoStrong Wilmette Occasional shifts at OsteoStrong Schaumburg may be requested

Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience.
