Job Description

Job Summary Join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for insurance policyholders, providing support, resolving inquiries, and assisting with policy management. Your friendly approach and technical proficiency will ensure smooth interactions, fostering trust and loyalty with our clientele.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and renewals Process payments and maintain accurate customer records Answer incoming phone calls and greet office visitors Provide outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office Positive attitude and attention to detail Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry processes, and Microsoft Office applications. Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate)
Pay:
$15.50 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
