We are hiring an outgoing and professional Event Sales & Customer Experience Associate to support residential energy campaigns throughout Northwest Indiana. In this role, you will represent established energy service providers at local retail events, community promotions, and scheduled brand activations. You will engage with customers, explain available services, answer questions, and help interested individuals explore their energy options. This is an in-person opportunity designed for someone who communicates well, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants the training and support needed to grow into leadership.

What You'll Do:

Represent energy brands at local events and promotional locations Welcome guests and create a positive customer experience Start meaningful conversations with potential customers Explain residential energy services clearly and professionally Answer questions and identify appropriate customer options Assist qualified customers through the enrollment process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with the events team to achieve daily campaign goals Support event setup, organization, and brand presentation
