Client Service Associate
Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a motivated, process-driven Client Service Associate (CSA) to support our Wealth Management and 401(k) businesses. In this role, you will work side-by-side with our Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to execute day-to-day account operations, coordinate digital paperwork, and ensure our clients receive prompt, dependable, outstanding service. This position is designed as a career launchpad for a promising junior professional. We do not require deep finance background out of the gate; instead, we prioritize high organizational instincts, quick technical learning agility, and an absolute commitment to client responsiveness. You will learn wealth management and 401(k) retirement plan mechanics under close mentorship while fully utilizing our CRM software to keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Dependable Client Care:
Deliver a professional, dependable contact experience for clients, addressing routine administrative inquiries and setting accurate timelines for follow up.

Proactive Communication:
Monitor the status of outstanding projects, ensuring deadlines are communicated and met.
•
Account Management:
Handle the end-to-end administration of account setups, asset transfers, participant retirement updates, and 401(k) administration.

Maintain CRM Software Records:
Follow workflows, monitor schedules, follow checklists, and maintain accurate histories across client assignments.
• Interact with
Key Partners:
Build deep working relationships with custodians, third-party recordkeepers, and internal teammates to support clients efficiently.
• Assist Client Relationship Manager with invoicing and office maintenance: Help prepare quarterly invoices and assist with office inventory. Skills Required

Curious and coachable mindset with a habit of independently digging into help guides or databases to resolve roadblocks before raising flags. Education & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (Open to all fields of study like Business, Communications, Economics, or Liberal Arts).

Alternative Requirement:
Associate degree or High School Diploma paired with 1-2 years of corporate desk, high-end retail service, or professional banking support experience.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
