In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction by providing exceptional service, managing their accounts effectively, and fostering strong relationships. Your proactive approach will help drive customer loyalty, support sales growth, and enhance overall client experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering personalized solutions and collaborating across teams to meet client expectations. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Manage and nurture client accounts through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track client interactions, update account information, and analyze customer data for insights. Maintain a caseload of clients while being able to assist with other Advocates' clients as the need arises. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product specialists to deliver seamless service and support client onboarding processes. Assist in order processing using various tools, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while resolving any issues that arise. Leverage data-driven decision making to identify opportunities for account growth, retention strategies, and service improvements. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and service requests to ensure transparency and accountability. Occasionally commute to our Warsaw office location as Advocate coverage is needed. Requirements Proven experience in client services or account management within a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment or similar industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with Salesforce Cloud or other CRM systems for managing customer relationships and data analysis. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation purposes. Ability to collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management. Must have reliable form of transportation and auto insurance.
