Due to our recent growth, we are excited to add 3 Customer Service Professionals to our dynamic team. We are looking for candidates who LOVE making our customers happy. Our team is full of high-energy individuals who put the customer's needs first. Responsibilities Work closely with diverse groups including company employees at all levels, customers, and suppliers. Build strong relationships and manage customer needs effectively. Recognize and uncover sales opportunities while addressing customer needs. Professionally answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely manner. Communicate clearly and solve problems efficiently. Requirements Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people. Strong relationship building and customer management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license and ability to pass all security and background checks. Flexible schedule to meet business needs. Self-motivated with a passion for serving clients and strong integrity.
