We are PL Cold! With more than 30 years of experience, Progressive Logistics has grown our expertise in cold and frozen food storage and logistics. We have expanded from dry storage, to our very first cold storage building. We're looking for a full-time lead account representative. The ideal candidate is someone who's outgoing, hard-working, stays focused and organized and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will be a Tuesday- Saturday, 12pm - 8pm shift.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Responding promptly to customer inquiries Scheduling inbound and outbound appointments Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide additional support with employee schedules. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Personable and attentive Problem Solving Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to assist in managing a team of at least 5 individuals General Administrative Functions Must be proactive Ability to multitask and Prioritize workload

Requirements:

Proven Customer Service Experience Microsoft Office Suite High School Diploma or equivalent: college degree preferred.
