The successful applicant must be able to maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day warehouse operations, and provide impeccable customer service to our clients. It requires the ability to work in a multi-channel environment. This position will work closely with all aspects of the company.Job description:
Primary focus of the job will be to process information/paperwork pertaining to returns/credits due to defects, damage and/or wrong/Missing amount by performing the following duties: Process requisition within the guidelines of the TwinMed Returns Policy Input & process transactions obtaining such information as Customer account #, quantity, reason for return, item #, invoice research in Microsoft Great Plains Liaise with Customers, Customer Service, Multiple TwinMed Distribution Centers via phone, fax, email, chat and mail regarding Returns Track inventory transactions made through the returns process Liaise with Carriers to file freight Claims Ability to work in a fast paced multi-channel support environment of phone, emails, and online live chat simultaneously Process inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer issues/returns in a timely and effective manner Order processing/Returns processing Check available inventory, provide delivery information on open orders and product inquiries Maintain order corrections, notify customer of pricing errors and back order communication Communicates with staff at nursing home facilities/various TwinMed Distribution Centers Provides troubleshooting on deliveries, orders and supplies to nursing home facilities, patients and distributors as needed Order monitoring for a capitated program Other duties as assigned Skills required: Minimum high school or equivalent required Excellent understanding of Returns Processes and impact of Returns on Inventory Attention to detail Good working Knowledge of personal computers, order processing software (Great Plains Software an asset) Good written and verbal communication skills Nursing home or medical office experience preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, durable medical equipment and/or other medical products a plus Minimum 2 years of customer service/call center experience Behavioral skills required: Multi task: Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasksOrganization:
