Auto or Tech Knowledge This candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, creating work orders, communicating with customers, and processing payments. Since the role involves working closely with customers and team members, strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential and should be verified during the interview process. The hiring manager is looking for someone with at least one year of relevant prior experience. This role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime. The assignment is expected to be extended beyond the initial end date.
