- be successful! LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking Crisis Call Agent for our 24/7 Crisis Call Center. This positions is for weekends, working 7:30am
- 7:30pm.
This position is in direct collaboration with our CCBHC programming and will be located at our Market St. New Albany, IN office. A Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) is designed to coordinate care across the spectrum of health services, housing, educational systems and employment opportunities and includes mobile crisis interventions for immediate assistance and coordination of that care. These are front line positions, answering a multi-line phone system and attending to callers in our service region (Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Jefferson, Scott and Washington counties). Call responders will need strong communication skills including de-escalation along with crisis triage and response skills. CCR's may coordinate deployment of our Mobile Crisis Teams as part of a call response. Data entry and administrative duties are routine. Successful candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree in human services field preferred. Call center, data entry, and experience working with the public will be strong considerations. Peer support/coaches are encouraged to apply.
