Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our bank, engaging with customers across multiple channels to deliver outstanding service. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help strengthen client relationships, support sales initiatives, and ensure a positive banking experience for all. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Assist clients with account information, transactions, and service requests using strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer needs, promote bank products, or gather feedback for service improvement. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems. Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and offering suitable banking solutions. Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues efficiently and courteously. Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, adhering to cash handling procedures. Experience Completed high school diploma or GED certificate required. Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills required. Experience in outbound calling or client services is highly desirable. Knowledge of banking operations or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong analysis skills and attention to detail for data entry and record keeping. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
