Petcare Animal Hospital is a private small animal practice that strives to provide top notch comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. We provide an assortment of diagnostic capabilities through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. Our facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house digital x-ray capabilities and ultrasound and a closely supervised hospitalization area. Our hospital is seeking a dependable customer service representative that can assist customers with their pet needs. This is a part time position 20-25 hours per week. The CSRs are the frontline of the hospital. They are the first and last to greet clients and help make a positive experience. Job duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, answering emails, taking messages, scheduling appointments, checking in clients, taking payments, preparing paperwork, assisting other team members and making sure the Reception area is clean. Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, dependability, healthy and positive communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Our next team member will be a self-motivated, outgoing and energetic people-and-pet person with an excellent work ethic and social and organizational skills. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
