Superior Landscape Products - Warsaw, IN Superior Landscape Products is looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a busy landscape supply and dumpster rental business serving homeowners, contractors, and commercial customers. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and being part of a hands-on team. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Answer phones and assist customers with questions about our products and services Take orders for landscape materials and dumpster rentals Prepare quotes, tickets, invoices, and other paperwork Process customer payments and operate our point-of-sale system Assist contractors and homeowners with product information and pricing Schedule deliveries and communicate with drivers Help keep customer and order information organized Handle general office duties and cleaning as needed Work with other members of our team to keep the yard and office running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Basic computer skills Good attention to detail Able to learn our products, pricing, and systems Previous office, customer service, retail, or construction/landscape industry experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Must be willing to jump in and help wherever needed Why Work With Us? Schedule:

Spring, Summer & Fall (Busy Season): 35-45 hours/week

Saturdays:

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Required)

Winter Hours:
