In the last few years, our business has expanded rapidly throughout the Midwest, with additional locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma and Arkansas. This growth has allowed us to expand our team and offer more employment opportunities at home and in surrounding markets. Although we've grown exponentially, we haven't lost our family-owned business feel. We are now looking to fill a Customer Care Specialist position. This role performs outbound calls to potential and current customers to provide updates and other relevant information on behalf of our sales specialists, working closely with our sales team to ensure accurate, effective, and quality communication. What You'll Do Make outgoing calls to current and/or potential customers to deliver important updates and communication throughout the course of their roofing claims or repairs Serve as Shamrock's professional representative in all customer communications — by phone, email, and other channels Maintain strong knowledge of our roofing products and services to identify customer needs when communicating with them Document each call according to company and departmental policies and procedures Follow up with current and/or potential customers in a timely manner Apply a positive customer service attitude in every interaction and build strong rapport Communicate patiently, professionally, and effectively with internal and external customers Perform other duties as assigned 

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

$19.23

• 21.63 per hour, based on experience Full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m
• 7:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break; Saturdays 9:00 a.m
• 12:00 p.

Requirements:
