Job Description

Starting Salary:
$15.00/hourEducation Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED requiredDuties & Responsibilities:
Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in Pathways Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Post daily schedules and verify/audit notes to ensure billing accuracy Set up client guarantors and run the client charge input log daily Identify and correct errors based on system reports Complete additional duties as outlined in the current job descriptionExperience Requirements:
Proficiency in general office procedures (typing, filing, etc.) Strong computer skills required Knowledge of standard office equipmentSpecial Skills:
Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office 365 (including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel) Experience with Order Connect and Avatar EHR preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environmentBenefits
