Job Description

Job Title:
Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at Tarter, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, process orders, provide information about our products, and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers regarding orders, products, and general information. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems. Provide product information, pricing, availability, and recommendations to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to resolve complex customer issues. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers. Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced office environment. Occasional requirement to work evenings or weekends based on customer needs. Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and phone system.
