Action Powersports is a new powersports dealership backed by an experienced leadership team with extensive industry knowledge and a proven understanding of what it takes to build a successful dealership. While we are new to the market, we are not new to the business—and we plan to hit the ground running. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team and play an important role in establishing the culture and reputation of Action Powersports from day one. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help build what we intend to be the premiere powersports dealership in the region. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while helping our technicians efficiently diagnose, service, and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports products.
Responsibilities include:
Welcome customers and create a professional, friendly service experience. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document requested repairs and service needs. Create and manage repair orders from check-in through completion. Communicate effectively with technicians, parts personnel, and management. Prepare and explain repair estimates and obtain customer authorization. Keep customers informed about repair status, additional recommendations, and completion timelines. Review completed repairs with customers and explain invoices at pickup. Identify and recommend appropriate maintenance and additional service needs. Help maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Ensure all customer interactions reflect the professionalism and standards we are building at Action Powersports. What we're looking for: A motivated, positive, and dependable individual who takes pride in their work. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple customers and repair orders. Powersports, automotive, dealership, or mechanical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. A passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or the powersports industry is a plus. Most importantly, we want someone who wants to build something, not simply fill a position.
