Veterinary Medical Centers | Fort Thomas, KY We are looking for a dependable, compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis with a consistent weekly schedule . Our CSRs are an important part of both the client and patient experience. You'll often be the first person a client speaks with when they call or walk through our doors, but this isn't strictly a front-desk position. We work as a team, and we're looking for someone who is comfortable helping wherever needed—from answering phones and coordinating appointments to walking a patient, or helping keep the hospital ready for the next patient. This position will begin part-time with predictable, consistent hours . For the right person and the right fit, there is an opportunity for the position to grow into a full-time role . What you'll do Welcome clients and their pets and help create a comfortable, positive experience Answer phones, messages, and client questions with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and help manage patient flow Check clients in and out and process payments Maintain accurate client and patient information Communicate closely with veterinarians, technicians, and assistants Assist with basic patient care, including walking, feeding, and kennel care Help maintain a clean, organized hospital Jump in where needed—the exact needs of a veterinary hospital can change quickly Who we're looking for We'd love to meet someone who: Is reliable and punctual Genuinely enjoys working with both people and animals Communicates clearly, kindly, and confidently Can manage several priorities without losing attention to detail Is comfortable with computers and willing to learn new technology Values low-stress, compassionate animal handling Believes in high-quality veterinary medicine Is a problem solver who looks for ways to help Wants to contribute to a positive team—and grow as part of one Is flexible and interested in continuing to learn Previous veterinary or animal-care experience is strongly preferred.
