Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team

Your contributions will be vital in creating an inviting atmosphere and driving sales. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision. Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain stock levels and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing. Provide product knowledge to customers to assist in their purchasing decisions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Requirements Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory management. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Demonstrated ability to upsell products and drive sales.
