In this vital role, you'll ensure that seniors receive the highest level of care, comfort, and consistency — all from the place they love most: home.
What You'll Do:
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and their families Travel throughout our service territory to meet new clients, conduct in-home consultations, and sign clients up for services Create and oversee personalized care plans to ensure every client's needs are met Conduct ongoing visits to monitor satisfaction and quality of care Communicate and collaborate with Care Professionals to deliver top-quality service Address client or caregiver concerns promptly and compassionately Participate in the on-call rotation to support clients and caregivers outside of normal business hours
